Why I Started Train Your Happy

For a long time, I felt like I was never enough—not beautiful enough, not smart enough, not thin or rich enough. No matter what I achieved, happiness always seemed just out of reach.

I started looking for alternative ways to feel better, experimenting with small changes and tracking the habits that made a real difference in my mindset and well-being. Along the way, I realized that happiness isn’t about being perfect—it’s about training your mind to find joy, even in the struggles.

I still have moments of doubt and frustration, but today, I trust myself. I trust that happiness is not a destination—it’s a practice. And I believe there’s enough happiness for all of us to keep our spirits lifted.

I created Train Your Happy to share what I’ve learned and to help others find their own path to joy, confidence, and fulfillment. Let’s grow, laugh, and rewire our happiness together! 😊.
